摘　　要：以跨区基地化训练野战医疗队配备器械为基础,设置了定量的基础手术器械包、专科手术器械包和辅助手术物品包;选择耐潮湿、抗撕裂、有效期长、阻菌屏障与密闭性能好的医用无纺布作为灭菌包布;使用医疗帐篷自粘式挂袋和手术护士巡回腰包对手术物品进行分层管理及目视管理。通过优化手术物品的管理可以简化手术操作流程,降低手术护士工作强度,加快野战医疗队伤员流转速度,提高救治效率。Based on the equipment provided by the field medical team for cross-regional base training,a quantitative basic surgical equipment package,specialized surgical equipment package,and auxiliary surgical item package were set up;selection of moisture-resistant,tear-resistant,long-term validity,anti-bacterial barrier and the medical non-woven fabric with good airtight performance was used as the sterilization wrapping;the self-adhesive hanging bag of the medical tent and the patrolling waist bag of the surgical nurse were used for layered management and visual management of surgical items. Optimizing the management of surgical items can simplify surgical procedures,reduce the workload of surgical nurses,speed up the circulation of wounded in the field medical team,and improve the efficiency of treatment.
