中药穴位贴敷联合西医治疗小儿支气管肺炎的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药穴位贴敷联合西医治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效研究。方法:选取我院60例小儿支气管肺炎患者作为研究对象。按随机分组的方式的将其等分成对照组和实验组,并都给予常规的西医对症治疗,在此基础上,实验组患儿再给予中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患儿在一定时间点的临床疗效,并记录患儿住院时间、体温恢复正常时间和咳嗽消失时间。结果:在治疗后的第3d,实验组患儿的总有效率(53.33%)虽然高于对照组(30.00%),差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗后的第6d,实验组患儿的总有效率(93.24%)明显高于对照组(69.99%),差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05);并且实验组患儿的住院时间,体温恢复正常时间和咳嗽消失时间均显著短于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于小儿支气管肺炎的治疗,与常规的西医治疗的患儿相比,中药穴位敷贴配合常规西医治疗的患儿具有更好的临床疗效,因此可以将中药穴位贴敷运用于小儿支气管肺炎的常规西医治疗中。Objective:To analysis the curative effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:Sixty children,diagnosed with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital,were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random grouping,and both were given same conventional western medicine treatment.Based on this,children in experimental group were also given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application.The clinical effects of the two groups of children were compared at the certain time,and the time of hospitalization,the temperature returned to normal and the cough disappeared were recorded.Results:After three days of treatment,the total effective rate(53.33%)of the experimental group was higher than the control group(30.00%),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After six day of treatment,the total effective rate(93.24%)of the children in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(69.99%),the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05);the time of hospitalization,temperature returned to normal and the cough disappeared of the experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional western medicine,acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western medicine has a better clinical effect in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Therefore,acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine is worth to be widely used in the routine treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.
