摘　　要：目的构建社区老年高血压患者综合评估指标体系,为社区老年高血压患者的健康管理提供参考依据。方法通过文献回顾法和问卷调查法,初步拟定社区老年高血压患者综合评估指标体系框架,并邀请来自社区护理、老年护理、临床护理、社区管理、公共卫生管理、心内科医学和全科医学领域的17位专家进行2轮Delphi专家咨询。结果2组轮咨询问卷的有效回收率分别为94.4%和100%,2组轮咨询专家权威系数均为0.89,2组轮咨询的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.23和0.30(P<0.05)。结论经2组轮专家咨询后形成的社区老年高血压患者综合评估指标体系的内容具有一定科学性、全面性和可靠性,可为社区老年高血压患者有效管理提供一定的参考依据,对促进我国高血压防控事业进一步发展,加快实现“健康老龄化”有着重要意义。Objective To construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for elderly hypertensive patients in the community,thus,provide a certain reference basis for the health management of elderly hypertensive patients in the community.Methods Through literature review method and questionnaire survey method,the prototype of a comprehensive evaluation index system framework for elderly hypertensive patients in the community was initially drawn up,and 17 experts from the fields of community nursing,elderly nursing,clinical nursing,community management,public health management,cardiology medicine and general medicine were invited for two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 94.4%and 100%respectively,the authoritative coefficients of the two rounds of consultation experts were 0.89,and the Kendall coordination coefficientsof the two rounds of inquiry were 0.23 and 0.30,χ2 test all P<0.005.Conclusion The content of the comprehensive evaluation index system for elderly hypertensive patients in the community formed after two rounds of expert consultation is scientific,comprehensive and reliable,which can provide a certain reference for the effective management of elderly hypertensive patients in the community,promote the cause of hypertension prevention and control in China It is of great significance to further develop and accelerate the realization of"healthy aging".
