基于知信行理论的中医护理服务方案对社区老年糖尿病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于知信行理论的中医护理服务方案对社区老年糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法抽取2018年4月-2019年8月2个社区62例老年糖尿病患者,以随机数字表法分为2组各31例。对照组给予常规社区护理,观察组采用基于知信行理论的社区义诊、家庭访视等中医护理服务方案。对比2组血糖水平、自我管理能力、生活质量与护理满意度。结果干预1年后观察组与对照组相比,空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖较低,自我管理能力、生活质量及护理满意度评分较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于知信行理论的中医护理服务方案能够维持社区老年糖尿病患者血糖水平稳定,改善其自我管理行为与生活质量,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of TCMnursing service plan based on the theory of knowledge,belief,practice on elderly diabetic patients in the community.Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 62 elderly diabetic patients from 2 communities from April 2018 to August 2019 according to certain inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were divided into two groups according to the randomnumber table method,with 31 cases in each.The control group was given conventional community care,and the observation group used community free clinics and family visits based on the theory of knowledge,belief,practice,and other traditional Chinese medicine nursing services.The blood glucose level,self-management ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group after 1 year of intervention,the observation group had lower fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose,higher self-management ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM nursing service plan based on the theory of knowledge,belief and action can maintain the stable blood glucose level of elderly diabetic patients in the community,improve the self-management behavior and quality of life of patients,and thus enhance nursing satisfaction.
