摘　　要：目的探究手术室护士感染手术终末消毒知-信-行的影响因素,并制定干预对策。方法选取2020年2月-5月在南华大学附属第二医院手术室从事护理工作的47名护理人员,比较不同年龄、性别、受教育程度等情况的护理人员感染手术终末消毒知信行评分,探究其影响因素,并制定相应的干预措施。结果手术室护士感染手术终末消毒知、信、行3个维度评分分别为(8.22±2.73)分、(34.58±7.86)分及(45.49±12.16)分,其影响因素主要包括工作时间、职称、受教育程度、系统化培训、术后感染经历,及管理层督导强调(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士感染手术终末消毒知-信-行的影响因素为工作时间、职称、受教育程度、系统化培训、术后感染经历及管理层督导强调,可通过提高培训力度、落实监管政策及加强护理人员间经验分享等方式提高其知信行程度,进而改善终末消毒质量。Objective To explore the influencing factors of knowledge-information-action of terminal disinfection of nurses in the operating room during infection,and to formulate intervention strategies.Methods Forty-six nursing staff engaged in nursing work in the operating room of our hospital from February to May 2020 were selected to compare the knowledge and behavior scores of nursing staff of different ages,genders,education levels,etc.,and explore the factors that affect the knowledge and behavior scores.Formulate appropriate care measures.Results The three-dimension scores of the end-operative disinfection of the nurses in the operating room were(8.22±2.73),(34.58±7.86)and(45.49±12.16),and the end-of-operation disinfection of the nurses in the operating room The influencing factors of knowledge-trust-action mainly include working time,job title,education level,systematic training,postoperative infection experience,and management supervision emphasizes the influencing factors of terminal disinfection behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of operating room nurses’knowledge-belief-behavior of terminal disinfection during infection surgery are working hours,job titles,education,systematic training,postoperative infection experience,and management supervision.This can be achieved through improved training,implementation of regulatory policies and Strengthen the sharing of experience among nurses to improve their knowledge,belief and behavior scores,thereby improving the quality of terminal disinfection.
