摘　　要：目的探讨布拉酵母菌散对急性腹泻患儿疗效、安全性及炎症因子的影响。方法选取萍乡市妇幼保健院2018年12月-2020年2月收治的急性腹泻患儿80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察和对照组,各40例。患儿均接受相关的基础治疗,对照组予口服蒙脱石散,观察组在对照组基础上加用布拉酵母菌散。观察2组退热时间、大便好转时间、止泻时间;炎性因子水平;肝肾功能;不良反应发生情况。结果观察组退热时间、大便好转时间、止泻时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论布拉酵母菌散用于急性腹泻患儿可以缩短康复时间,降低炎性因子水平,对患儿的肝肾功能影响不明显,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect,safety and inflammatory factors of Saccharomyces boulardii powder on children with acute diarrhea.Methods 80 children with acute diarrhea admitted to our hospital from December,2018 to February,2020 were selectedChildren were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.All patients received basic treatment.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii powder.Results the time of defecation,defecation improvement and diarrhea relief in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05);The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group decreased significantly after intervention,which was significantly lower than that before intervention and in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no significant adverse event in both groups.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii powder has a positive effect on the curative effect,safety and inflammatory factors of children with acute diarrhea.It can shorten the time of fever reduction,defecation improvement and diarrhea relief,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.It has no significant effect on the liver and kidney function of children,and does not increase the occurrence of significant adverse events.
