摘  要:研究了脉冲MIG焊不同焊接工艺参数变化对Q235低合金钢焊缝成形质量及硬度的影响。通过开展不同工艺参数(脉冲电流、维弧电流、脉冲频率和占空比)的四因素三水平正交焊接工艺试验,对获得的9组焊缝的宏观形貌和硬度进行对比分析,建立焊接接头质量的评价标准。同时获得焊接参数对焊缝硬度性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:在Q235低合金钢脉冲MIG焊焊接参数中脉冲电流是影响焊缝成形性最主要的因素,而脉冲频率是焊接接头硬度变化最主要的因素。通过本课题的研究,获得了脉冲MIG焊电源参数对Q235低合金钢对接接头的成形及硬度影响的权重顺序,为后期建立Q235低合金钢脉冲MIG焊对接接头参数匹配的专家数据库系统具有一定的指导意义。In this paper,the influence of different welding parameters of pulse MIG welding on the weld forming quality and hardness of Q235 low alloy steel was studied.Four factors and three levels of orthogonal welding process tests with different process parameters(pulse current,dimensional arc current,pulse frequency and duty cycle)were carried out.The macroscopic morphology and hardness of the 9 groups of obtained welds were compared and analyzed,and the evaluation standard of welded joint quality was established.At the same time,the influence of welding parameters on the hardness properties of the weld was obtained.The test results show that the pulse current is the most important factor affecting the weld formability,and the pulse frequency is the most important factor affecting the hardness change of the welded joint in the pulse MIG welding parameters of Q235 low alloy steel.Through the research on this topic,the weight order of the influence of pulse MIG welding power parameters on the forming and hardness of Q235 low alloy steel butt joint is obtained,which has a certain guiding significance for establishment of the expert database system for parameter matching of Q235 low alloy steel butt joint.
