摘 要:针对高楼住户的逃生问题,设计出一种纯机械的离心式高楼逃生装置。这种装置创新地引用了离心调速机构和摩擦盘机构,利用离心调速机构产生对摩擦盘的轴向驱动力,通过杠杆机构放大轴向驱动力,运用压缩弹簧调节位移并传递轴向驱动力给定摩擦盘,促使两摩擦盘间产生摩擦阻力矩,阻止人体的快速下落。对该机构进行了运动学和动力学分析计算,完成了离心式高楼逃生装置的参数设计和结构设计,使人体以某一平均速度下降,保证人体安全着地。Aiming at the escape problem of high-rise residents,a pure mechanical centrifugal high-rise escape device is designed in this paper.The device references to the centrifugal speed adjustment mechanism and friction plate mechanism;the axial driving force to friction disc is produced by making use of the centrifugal speed adjustment mechanism,and the axial driving force is increased through the lever mechanism.The compression spring is used to adjust the displacement and transmit the axial driving force to a given friction plate;friction torque is then generated between the two friction discs;thus the human body's rapid decline is prevented by the friction torque.The kinematics and dynamics of the mechanism are analyzed and calculated.The parameters design and structural design of the tall building escape device is completed.Thus the human body is declined at a certain average rate,so that make the human body land safely to the ground.
