摘  要:以某型长行程液压油缸作为研究对象,应用流固耦合(FSI)的方法,对缸筒和活塞杆进行强度、刚度计算。在液压油缸设计工况下,首先通过采用有限体积法计算缸筒内部液压油的流场,获得液压油对缸筒筒壁的作用力;再通过有限元法,以缸筒内部流场的计算结果作为边界条件,同时添加工作阻力,对整个液压油缸进行了强度及刚度校核。通过获得缸筒和活塞杆在设计工况下的应力和应变云图,判断液压油缸的设计合理性,且根据缸筒内液压油的压力分布情况,为设计者在缸体密封设计提供参考。此方法在液压油缸设计过程中,全面考虑了缸筒内部液压油、外部工作阻力对液压油缸的作用力,为油缸整体结构、缸体密封设计及优化提供新的便捷手段。In this paper,taking a certain type of long-stroke hydraulic cylinder as the research object,strength and stiffness of the cylinder and piston rod are calculated by using the fluid-solid coupling(FSI)method.Under the design condition of the hydraulic cylinder,firstly,the finite volume method is used to calculate the flow field of the hydraulic oil in the cylinder to get the force of hydraulic oil on the cylinder wall;Secondly,taking the calculated results of the flow field inside the cylinder and working resistance as boundary conditions,the finite element method is used to check the strength and stiffness of the whole hydraulic cylinder.Through obtaining the stress and strain nephogram of cylinder barrel and piston rod under the design condition,the rationality of hydraulic cylinder design is judged;based on the pressure distribution of the hydraulic oil in the cylinder,it provides a reference for the designer in the cylinder seal design.This method is used in the design process of hydraulic cylinder,and the force of internal hydraulic oil and external working resistance on the hydraulic cylinder are fully considered;it would provide a new convenient means for the design and optimization of the overall structure of the oil cylinder and the sealing of the cylinder block.
