摘  要:运用三维建模软件SolidWorks对单级离心泵转子进行建模,使用ANSYS Workbench对所建模型进行模态分析并对强度进行校核。得到模型的前六阶固有频率和所对应的振型,验证该离心泵是否满足所要求的临界转速,并对转子进行应力分析。结果表明:离心泵转子满足临界转速的要求并且转子的各个部件满足强度限值要求,泵轴疲劳强度也符合规定要求。泵转子能够满足相关规范和设计要求。Three dimensional modeling software Solidworks is used to model the rotor of single-stage centrifugal pump,and ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out the modal analysis and strength check of the model.The first six natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the model are obtained to verify whether the centrifugal pump meets the required critical speed,and then the stress analysis of the rotor is carried out.The results show that the centrifugal pump rotor meets the requirements of critical speed,and all parts of the rotor meet the strength limit requirements,and the fatigue strength also meets the requirements.The pump rotor can meet the relevant specifications and design requirements.
