摘　　要：从组合变截面涡旋膨胀机的几何模型入手,论述了构成涡旋膨胀机的涡旋齿各类型线的发展历史,简述了涡旋膨胀机的工作原理,分析了变截面涡旋膨胀机组合型线的构成以及利用分段法求解了不同运行时刻各工作腔腔体的解析表达式,最后利用图示法展示各工作腔腔体容积的变化规律,为后期变截面涡旋膨胀机几何模型的研究奠定了基础。This article starts with the geometric model of the combined variable cross-section scroll expander,discusses the development history of the various types of scroll teeth that constitute the scroll expander,briefly describes the working principle of the scroll expander,and analyzes the variable cross-section scroll expansion.Then the composition of the machine assembly profile and the segmentation method are used to solve the analytical expressions of each working cavity at different operating times.Finally,the graphic method is used to show the changing law of the volume of each working cavity.It lays a foundation for the study of geometric model of vortex expander with variable cross section.
