摘　　要：针对目前一次性注射器毁形机存在使用安全隐患、毁形效率不够高、针尖与注射管分离不彻底回收步骤繁多和回收成本大的问题,设计了一种基于电磁加热的一次性注射器毁形机。详细讲述了设计该装置的背景和意义,阐述了该装置的结构及功能,介绍了该装置的工作原理等。该毁形机具有结构简单、操作安全性好、毁形效率高、适用范围广的优点,有一定的市场推广价值。A disposable syringe destructor based on electromagnetic heating was designed to solve the problems of safety hazard,low destructor efficiency,incomplete separation of needle tip and injection tube which would increase the recovery steps and cost.In this paper,the background and significance of designing the device are described in detail,the structure and function of the device are elaborated,and the working principle of the device is introduced.The destroying machine has the advantages of simple structure,good operation safety,high destroying efficiency and wide application range,and has certain market promotion value.
