摘　　要：为实现刮板链条螺栓螺母拆装过程全自动化,介绍了一种刮板链螺栓螺母自动钻铣拆装装置,包括钻铣拆装机构以及整体升降机构,在刮板链螺栓螺母未锈死或未被煤泥糊死时,减速器输出轴与套筒相连,套入螺栓进行拆卸;如果螺栓螺母锈死或被煤泥糊死时,减速器输出轴与刀具相连,钻铣螺栓。该装置在刮板链条维修时的螺栓螺母拆装过程中使用,解决在这种拆卸过程中效率低的问题。经实践检验,该装置能够满足刮板链螺栓螺母的钻铣拆卸要求,减少劳动成本,提高了经济效益。In order to fully automate the process of disassembly and assembly of the bolts and nuts of the scraper chain,an automatic drilling,milling and disassembly device for the bolts and nuts of the scraper chain is introduced,which includes a drilling and milling disassembly mechanism and an integral lifting mechanism.When the scraper chain bolt nut is not rusted or smeared with slime,the output shaft of the reducer is connected to the sleeve,and bolts are inserted for disassembly;while if the bolts and nuts are rusted or smeared by slime,the output shaft of the reducer is connected with the cutter to drill and mill the bolts.The device is used in the process of assembling and disassembling bolts and nuts during the maintenance of the scraper chain,and it solves the low efficiency problem in this disassembly process.Through practical tests,the device can meet the drilling and milling disassembly requirements of scraper chain bolts and nuts,reduce labor costs,and improve the economic benefits.
