皮带机防压死拉断保护装置的设计分析

摘　　要：为更好的防治带式输送机的压死拉断问题,基于某公司DTL100/75-2×160型带式愉送机运行工况,分析了皮带压死拉断故障原因与当前所用保护控制回路的不足,设计了皮带防压死拉断保护装置,提出了设计思路与具体设计方案,并进行了安装调试,实际应用结果表明,该装置运行稳定,能很好的防治皮带输送机的压死拉断问题,具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to better prevent the crushing and breaking problem of the belt conveyor,based on the operating conditions of the DTL100/75-2×160 belt conveyor in Zuoquan Fusheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Lu′an Group,the belt pressure is analyzed in this paper.The causes of crushing and breaking failure of the belt and the insufficiency of the currently used protection control circuit are analyzed.The anti-pressure protection device for belt is designed,and the design ideas and specific design schemes are put forward,then the installation and debugging are carried out.The actual application results show that the device operates stably.It can well prevent the crushing and breaking problem of belt conveyors,and has certain popularization and application value.
