摘 要:阐述了3D打印技术工艺概念,在对丝状耗材打印技术的研究基础上,提出了膏状体打印的设想,设计出采用针筒打印膏状体的三维数字模型,通过研究计算出丝状耗材挤出与膏状体耗材在针筒中的挤出体积比,在开源固件Marlin上进行了关键参数的设置,并通过Repetier进行切片参数设置,最后通过实际打印验证了挤出量的计算正确性和装置实用性,实践证明,开源固件Marlin可实现膏状体打印,具有较好的实践应用价值。In this paper,the concept of 3D printing technology is expounded,and the basic idea of paste body printing is put forward based on the study of filamentous material printing technology.A three-dimensional digital model for printing paste body with needle cylinder is designed.On the basis of research,the extrusion volume ratio of filamentous material and paste body material in the cylinder is calculated;the key parameters are set in open source firmware Marlin,and the slice parameters are set by Repetier;finally,the accuracy of calculation and the practicability of the device are verified by the actual printing.The practice has proved that open source firmware Marlin can be used for paste body printing,which has good practical application value.
