摘　　要：采用WEDM技术,克服了传统方式加工金属工艺品的缺点。基于一个实例阐述了WEDM在金属工艺品凤凰加工中的应用,包括图像采集与处理、程序编制与仿真、设备调试与加工、零件的后处理,介绍了WEDM的优点,总结了加工过程中需要注意的几个问题。这对WEDM技术在金属工艺品加工中的应用具有一定参考意义。The WEDM technology is adopted to overcome the shortcomings of traditional metal handicraft processing.Based on an example,application of the WEDM technology in metal handicraft machining of Phoenix is expounded,including the image capture and processing,programming and simulation,equipment debugging and processing,parts post-processing.Then the advantages of WEDM are introduced,and problems that should be paid attention to during the machining process are summarized.It has certain reference significance to the application of WEDM technology in metal handicraft processing.
