摘　　要：为建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定马香苓口服液白术内酯Ⅲ含量的方法,用色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C18,以水和甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长223 nm,进样量30μL。结果显示,白术内酯Ⅲ检测质量浓度在0.57μg/mL~73.00μg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(y=1.356 7x+0.857 6,R^(2)=0.992,n=6),精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的平均相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.00%、8.58%和6.00%;加样平均回收率为98.04%,RSD=11.89%,回收率良好。该方法准确稳定,简便可行,能够很好的控制马香苓口服液白术内酯Ⅲ的含量,也为该制剂质量控制提供了一种有效的方法。To establish a capillary HPLC method for the content determination of atractylenolideⅢin Maxiangling oral liquid,the sample was determined by capillary HPLC,the chromatographic system was as follows:chromatographic column is ZORBAX SB-C18(5μm×4.6 mm×250 mm),the water and methanol as mobile phase were used as gradient elution,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was 270 nm,the injection volume of 30μL.The results showed that a good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.57μg/mL-73.00μg/mL(y=1.361 x+0.559,R 2=0.999,n=8);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were 2.00%,8.58%and 6.00%respectively.The average recovery was 98.04%,with a RSD of 11.89%.The method is accurate,stable,convenient and feasible.The atractylenolideⅢcontent in Maxiangling oral liquid can be controlled.At the same time,this method also provided an effective method for the quality control of the preparation.
