摘 要:酵母载体疫苗由于其安全性、免疫方式、生产成本等方面的显著优势,近年来受到关注。酵母细胞壁含有的β-葡聚糖可作为天然佐剂;通过将目的蛋白锚定在酵母细胞表面制成酵母表面展示疫苗、表达在胞内的全重组酵母疫苗口服免疫使用,不仅可激发机体黏膜免疫,调节微生物菌群,还可省去蛋白质纯化、免疫注射等流程,在降低人工成本,促进无抗化健康养殖方面具有重要助推作用。论文简述了酵母疫苗表达系统及其优势、免疫机制及生产应用现状,展望了酵母表达系统在动物疫病防控中的潜在应用。Yeast carrier vaccines have received attention in recent years due to their significant advantages in safety,immunization methods and production costs.Theβ-glucan contained in the yeast cell wall can be used as a natural adjuvant.Scientists can anchor the target protein on the surface of yeast cells,so as to make the yeast surface display vaccine and express intracellular fully-recombinant yeast vaccine for oral immunization.It can not only stimulate mucosal immune functions,regulate microbial flora,but also simplify the cumbersome processes such as protein purification and immunization injection,both of which play an important role in reducing labor costs and promoting no-resistance healthy breeding.This paper briefly described the yeast vaccine expression system and its advantages,immune mechanism,production and application status,and prospects for the potential application of yeast expression system in animal disease control and prevention.
