摘 要:室内环境中杀灭病原菌的有效手段是消毒,但不合理使用消毒剂会导致细菌对其抗性增加,存在大量致病菌的宠物医院更容易出现消毒剂抗性细菌。近年来,对消毒剂抗性的研究主要集中在抗性基因上,发现消毒剂抗性与细菌耐药之间在基因水平上存在联系,这将带来潜在的公共卫生问题。论文对宠物医院临床消毒剂的应用现状及使用效果进行分析,重点阐述细菌消毒剂抗性及其与耐药性之间的关系,以期为宠物医院的消毒工作提供依据。At present,the effective method for killing pathogenic bacteria is disinfection,but the abuse of disinfectants will increase the resistance of bacteria to disinfectants.Pet hospitals with a large number of pathogenic bacteria are more likely to have disinfectant resistant bacteria.In recent years,research on disinfectant resistance has mainly focused on resistance genes,and it has been found that there is a genetic level link between disinfectant resistance and bacterial resistance,which will bring potential public health problems.This article analyzed the application status and effect of clinical disinfectants in pet hospitals,and focused on the bacterial disinfectant resistance and its relationship with drug resistance,in order to guide the disinfection work in pet hospitals.
