摘　　要：膀胱平滑肌肉瘤是来源于平滑肌细胞的一种间质性恶性泌尿系统肿瘤,该病在兽医临床中较罕见,易与其他肿瘤混淆。近期动物医院接诊1例疑似膀胱肿瘤的患犬。为确诊该肿瘤的性质,通过对该犬进行实验室检查、影像学检查、细胞抽吸及组织病理学诊断并综合分析,最终确诊患犬为膀胱平滑肌肉瘤。通过手术切除,该患犬预后良好。Leiomyosarcoma of the urinary bladder is a kind of interstitial malignant urinary system tumor derived from smooth muscle cells,which is rare in veterinary clinic and easy to be confused with other tumors.Recently,we received a dog with suspected bladder tumor.In order to confirm the nature of the tumor,the dog was diagnosed as leiomyosarcoma of the bladder by comprehensive analysis of laboratory examination,imaging examination,cell aspiration and histopathological diagnosis.The prognosis of the dog was good after surgical excision.
