摘 要:目的:探讨早卵泡期抗苗勒氏管激素及基础卵泡刺激素联合检测用于评估卵巢储备功能的价值。方法:选择2017年1月至2019年12月卵巢早衰患者33例作为研究组,另选择同时期的月经正常,因其他原因不孕的女性患者32例作为对照组。均进行卵泡期抗苗勒氏管激素及基础卵泡刺激素检查,对检查结果进行评估,比较两组各项检测及对照组不同年龄段各项指标的变化。结果:观察组抗苗勒氏管激素以及黄体生成素/卵泡刺激素低于对照组,卵泡刺激素高于对照组(P<0.05);随着年龄的增加,抗苗勒氏管激素逐渐降低,卵泡刺激素逐渐增加(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢储备功能采用早卵泡期抗苗勒氏管激素及基础卵泡刺激素联合进行检测结果较为准确,能够更加准确的评估卵巢功能,更全面且具有更加显著的优势,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the value of combined detection of anti-Müllerian hormone and basic follicle stimulating hormone in the evaluation of ovarian reserve in early follicular phase.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,33 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected as the study group,and 32 female patients with normal menstruation during the same period and infertility due to other reasons were selected as the control group.The anti-Müllerian hormone and basic follicle stimulating hormone examinations were carried out during the follicular phase,and the examination results were evaluated.The changes in various tests of the two groups and the changes of various indicators in different age groups of the control group were compared.Results:The anti-Müllerian hormone and luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the follicle stimulating hormone was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);with the increase of age,the anti-Müllerian hormone gradually decreased,Follicle Stimulating Hormone gradually increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of early follicular anti-Müllerian hormone and basic follicle stimulating hormone for ovarian reserve function is more accurate,can more accurately assess ovarian function,is more comprehensive and has more significant advantages,and is worthy of popularization and application.
