腰椎MRI pfriiman分级与腰椎间盘突出症患者经皮低温等离子射频消融术治疗疗效的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎MRI pfriiman分级与腰椎间盘突出症患者经皮低温等离子射频消融术治疗疗效的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2017年3月至2019年3月在本院进行经皮低温等离子射频消融术的65例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,根据患者术前MRI检查结果分为Pfirrmann Ⅲ级组(n=33)与Pfirrmann IV级组(n=32),两组患者均采用经皮低温等离子射频消融术,比较两组患者术后7 d、3个月、1年的疗效。结果:Pfirrmann Ⅲ级组患者术后7d、3个月、1年优良率分别为84.85%、81.82%、75.76%;Pfirrmann Ⅳ级组分别为71.88%、68.75%、46.88%,Pfirrmann Ⅲ级组术后1年的优良率高于Pfirrmann Ⅳ级组(P<0.05)。结论:MRI pfriiman分级与经皮低温等离子射频消融术后腰椎间盘突出症患者的近期疗效无关,但与经皮低温等离子射频消融术患者的远期疗效之间密切相关。Objective:To explore the correlation between the classification of lumbar MRI pfriiman and the therapeutic effect of percutaneous temperaturecontrolled ablation radiofrequency in patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Method:The clinical data of 65 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc who underwent percutaneous hypothermic plasma radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of preoperative MRI examinations,patients were divided into PfirrmannⅢgroup(n=33)and PfirrmannⅣgroup(n=32).The patients in both groups were treated with percutaneous hypothermic plasma radiofrequency ablation,and the efficacy of patients between the two groups 7 days,3 months and 1 year after surgery was compared.Results:The excellent and good rates of patients 7 days,3 months and 1 year after surgery in the PfirrmannⅢgroup were 84.85%,81.82%,and 75.76%.The excellent and good rates of patients 7 days,3 months and 1 year after surgery in the PfirrmannⅣwere 71.88%,68.75%,and 46.88%,and the excellent and good rate in PfirrmannⅢgroup was higher than that of PfirrmannⅣgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The MRI pfriiman classification is not related to the short-term efficacy of percutaneous hypothermia radiofrequency ablation in patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,but is closely related to the long-term efficacy of patients with percutaneous hypothermia radiofrequency ablation.
