院前急救站应对重大传染性突发公共卫生事件的实践与思考——以新冠肺炎为例

摘　　要：目的:就该院前急救站在新型冠状病毒疫情期间安全转运疫情相关患者工作中的实践经验和体会,探究院前急救站提升应对重大传染性突发公共卫生事件能力的方法和建议。方法:回顾自2020年1月24日新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来,该急救站点安全转运发热及疑似新冠肺炎患者的经验和不足,对急救分站有效应对重大传染性突发公共卫生事件提出建议。结果:新冠病毒肺炎疫情期间,该院前急救站点医务人员做好科学防疫宣传、认真做好防护,并制定发热患者及疑似新冠肺炎患者的转运流程,安全转运了该急救站点所接触的所有患者。但也存在着防护物资准备不充分、人员配置不足及工作人员不同程度的心理应激现象。结论:建立120储备用品动态管理信息制度,合理配备人员,加强工作人员培训,加强心理援助及人文关怀,坚持预防为主,常备不懈,以便更好的应对疫情。Objective:According to the practical experience and experience of the pre-hospital emergency station in the safe transfer of epidemic-related patients during the novel coronavirus epidemic,this paper is devoted to improving the ability of the pre-hospital emergency station in dealing with major infectious public health emergencies.Methods:Novel coronavirus pneumonia patients were treated safely and transferred from January 24,2020 in our emergency station,the experience was reviewed to make suggestions for effective response to major infectious public health emergencies.Results:During the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in 2020,medical personnel at our emergency station did well in propaganda and protection,and formulated the transshipment process of fever patients and suspected novel coronavirus pneumonia patients,thus transporting all the patients safely.However,there are also some problems existed,such as inadequate preparation of protective materials,insufficient staffing and different levels of psychological problems in staff.Conclusions:We should establish a dynamic management information system for 120 reserve supplies,reasonably allocate personnel,strengthen the training of staff,strengthen psychological assistance and humanistic care,adhere to the principle of prevention first and make unremitting preparations,so as to better respond to the epidemic situation.
