摘  要:钻进过程中钻柱的非线性屈曲影响着摩阻扭矩试验装置的安全和平稳运行。针对现有的水平井摩阻扭矩试验装置,基于动力学软件ADAMS,结合力平衡理论和相似理论,建立了与真实试验装置具有一致钻井参数的水平井段钻柱-井壁动态非线性接触模型。研究了不同钻压下钻柱在井筒中的运动状态与钻柱系统各测点的偏移量,通过分析得到钻柱屈曲的临界预警钻压为29 N,进一步保证了装置的安全运行,提高了钻柱摩阻扭矩装置的试验效率。另因钻柱系统在井筒中的钻进过程难以观测,结合仿真结果,基于Keyshot软件重现了井下钻具组合钻进过程,实现了井下钻柱系统工作状态的可视化。在试验和理论相互补充、支撑的同时便于利用该装置针对钻柱摩阻扭矩开展更深层次的研究。The nonlinear buckling of the drill string during drilling affects the safe and stable operation of the drag and torque test device.For the horizontal well drag and torque test device,based on the dynamic software ADAMS,combined with the force balance theory,a horizontal well section drill string-wellbore dynamic nonlinear contact model,which has consistent drilling parameters with the real test device,is established based on similar theories.The movement state of the drill string in the wellbore and the offset of each measurement point of the drill string system under different WOBs are studied.Through analysis,the critical warning WOB for drill string buckling is 29 N,which further ensures the safe operation of the device and improves the test efficiency of the drill string drag and torque device.In addition,because it is difficult to observe the drilling process of the drill string system in the wellbore,combined with the simulation results,the drilling process of the downhole drilling assembly is reproduced based on the Keyshot software,and the visualization of the downhole drill string system working status is realized.By providing experiment and theory mutual complement and support,it is convenient to use the test device to carry out deeper research on drill string drag and torque.
