开胃健脾贴对特发性矮小症患儿生长及血清IGFBP-3、IGF-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自制开胃健脾贴联合穴位按摩对特发性矮小症(ISS)患儿生长及血清IGFBP-3(胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3)和IGF-1(胰岛素样生长因子1)水平的影响。方法:236例ISS患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各118例,对照组给予营养指导、运动体操、睡眠管理等常规治疗方法病进行穴位按摩,观察组另行开胃健脾贴于神阙穴外敷,2组患儿均连续接受治疗6个月,并于12个月后随访;记录2组患儿治疗前后身高、体质量变化,计算年生长速率(GV),评估骨龄(BA),ELISA法检测血清IGFBP-3、IGF-1变化。结果:治疗后,2组患儿的身高、体质量均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),GV较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05);且观察组患儿身高、体质量及GV增加显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患儿BA与治疗前相比无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组患儿治疗后BA较治疗前明显增长(P<0.05),显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。ELISA法检测结果显示治疗后2组患儿血清IGFBP-3、IGF-1水平均显著高于治疗前;且观察组患儿血清IGFBP-3、IGF-1水平显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开胃健脾贴联合穴位按摩具有促进ISS患儿生长作用,提高血清IGFBP-3、IGF-1水平是其部分作用机制。Objective:To observe the influences of Kaiwei Jianpi Patch combined with massage on acupoint on growth of idiopathic short stature(ISS)children and their serum IGFBP-3 and IGF-1levels.Methods:236 Cases with ISS were divided into control and observation groups with each 118 cases,control group was given instruction about nutrition,movement,sleep and massage on acupoint,observation group was given Kaiwei Jianpi Patch external application on Shenque point on above treatment,children of the two groups were treated for 6 months and followed-up 12 months;the changes of height and body weight were recorded,GV was counted and BA was appraised,serum IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 were determined by ELISA.Results:The height and body weight of the two groups children were increased after treatment,GV was increased,too.The augment of height,weight and GV of observation group children were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).BA of observation group children was increased significantly after treatment,that was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).ELISA results showed that serum IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 levels of the two groups were raised after treatment,the levels of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kaiwei Jianpi Patch combined with massage on acupoints can promote the growth of ISS children,raising serum IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 levels were part of its mechanism.
