摘  要:目的:观察鲜益母草胶囊对药物流产不全大鼠的子宫复旧的影响。方法:采用米非司酮(8.3 mg/kg)和米索前列醇(100μg/kg)建立大鼠药物不完全流产模型,实验分为正常组、模型组、益母草胶囊(0.946 g/kg)阳性对照组和鲜益母草胶囊低、中、高剂量(0.18、0.36、0.72 g/kg)组,成模后连续给药7 d.观察鲜益母草胶囊对药物流产不全大鼠子宫出血时间、出血量、卵巢和子宫指数、子宫形态及子宫病理变化的影响。结果:鲜益母草胶囊能减少药物流产不全大鼠子宫出血量(P<0.05),缩短出血时间(P<0.01),降低子宫指数,明显减少宫内滞留物,促进子宫复旧。结论:鲜益母草胶囊能明显抑制药物不完全流产大鼠的子宫出血,促进子宫复旧。Objective:To investigate the effects of Fresh Leonurus Japonicus Capsule on uterine involution of incomplete drug abortion on rat.Methods:To establish the incomplete drug abortion rat model with 8.3 mg/kg mifepristone and 100μg/kg misoprostol,experiment was divided into normal,model,Leonurus Japonicus Capsule(0.946 g/kg)positive group and Fresh Leonurus Japonicus Capsule low,middle and high dose(0.18、0.36、0.72 g/kg)groups,each group was given NS or medicine for 7 days after modeling.Observing the effects of Fresh Leonurus Japonicus Capsule on the amount of uterine bleeding,bleeding time,uterine morphology,uterine pathology,ovarian and uterine index.Results:Fresh Leonurus Japonicus Capsule reduced uterine bleeding amount(P<0.05),shortened bleeding time(P<0.01),lowered uterine index,significantly reduced fetal residual and promoted the uterine involution.Conclusion:Fresh Leonurus Japonicus Capsule can significantly inhibit uterine bleeding and promote the uterine involution in rats after incomplete drug abortion.
