摘 要:经过四十多年的改革发展,我国的民办高等教育发展迅速。民办高校作为我国教育体制改革的重要内容,是公办高等教育的重要补充,从一定程度上缓解了公办高等教育的压力,满足了人民日益增长的教育需求。然而随着民办高校发展规模的不断扩大,发展进程的不断加快,民办高校人才队伍建设工作中的问题也逐渐突显,一定程度上影响着民办高校的内涵建设与发展。After forty years of reform and development。China’s private higher education is developing rapidly.As an important part of the reform of the educational system in China,private universities are important supplements to public higher education.It has relieved the pressure of public higher education to a certain extent and met the growing needs of the people.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of private universities and the acceleration of the process,the problems in the construction of talent teams in private universities have gradually become prominent,which affect the connotation construction and development of private universities in some degree.
