摘 要:根据低品位硫化铅锌矿性质特点,采用响应曲面法对铅粗选进行分析,得到最优试验药剂用量:氧化钙2489.37 g/t、硫酸锌1098.78 g/t、丁铵黑药42.20 g/t,在该条件下,得到铅精矿中Pb品位39.03%,回收率36.78%,Zn品位9.26%,回收率1.87%,与优化结果基本一致。为进一步探索试验效果,根据上述药剂用量进行闭路试验,最终获得铅精矿中Pb品位40.13%、回收率55.06%,锌精矿中Zn品位45.89%、回收率93.09%的理想指标。According to the characteristics of the low-grade lead-zinc sulfide ore,the response surface methodology(RSM)was used to analyze the rough selection of lead,and the optimal test reagent dosage was obtained:calcium oxide 2489.72 g/t,zinc sulfate 1100.10 g/t,butamine xanthate 42.37 g/t,under these conditions,the Pb grade of the lead concentrate is 39.03%,the recovery rate is 36.78%,the Zn grade is 9.26%,and the recovery rate is 1.87%,which is basically consistent with the optimized results.In order to further explore the effect of the test,a closed-circuit test was carried out according to the dosage of the above-mentioned agents.Finally,the Pb grade in the lead concentrate was 40.13%,the recovery rate was 55.06%,and the Zn grade in the zinc concentrate was 45.89%,and the recovery rate was 93.09%.
