摘　　要：图书馆文献资源建设直接关系图书馆发展,特色建设是地方性图书馆必行之法。俄罗斯特色文献资源建设是黑河学院图书馆的重点,建设策略应结合学校状况及国内俄罗斯文献收集情况而制定,定位准确,收集全面,并通过现代媒体及互联网大力推广。The construction of library document resources is directly related to the development of the library.The construction of document resources with Russian characteristics is the key point for developing the library of Heihe University.The construction should formulate strategies according to the conditions of the university and the collection of Russian documents in our country,have accurate positioning and comprehensive collection,and do vigorous promotion through modern media and the Internet.
