摘 要:目的对比乳腺高频超声及MRI检查对女性乳腺疾病的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾分析我院2016年6月至2018年1月收治的120例乳腺疾病患者的临床资料。将乳腺高频超声检查和MRI检查的诊断结果进行讨论和分析;以术后病理为"金标准",对比经乳腺高频超声和MRI检查对乳腺疾病的诊断准确性、敏感性和特异性。结果乳腺高频超声检查对乳腺疾病的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为82.50%、75.00%、79.17%,MRI检查对乳腺疾病的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为95.83%、90.00%、94.17%。MRI检查对乳腺疾病的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性明显高于乳腺高频检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MRI检查对乳腺疾病的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性要优于乳腺高频超声,且无辐射,可作为诊断乳腺疾病的重要手段。Objective To compa re the value of high-frequency ult rasonogra phy of breast and M RI in the differential diagnosis of female breast diseases.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with breast diseases admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnostic results of MRI and high-frequency ultrasonography of the the breast were discussed and analyzed.Postoperative pathology was used as a"gold standard"to compa re the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of MRI and high-frequency ultrasonography of breast for breast disease.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of high-frequency ultrasonography of breast in the diagnosis of breast diseases were 82.50%,75.00%,and 79.17%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accu racy of M RI examination for breast diseases were 95.83%and 90.00%,94.17%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accura cy of MRI exa mination for breast disease we re significantly higher than those of high-frequency ult rasonogra phy of breast,and the difference was statistically significa nt(P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI examination in the diagnosis of breast disease are better than those of high-frequency ultrasonography of breast.MRI examination has no radiation and can be used as an essential means to diagnose breast diseases.
