孤立性肺结节患者MSCT征象特点及其筛查价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨孤立性肺结节患者多层螺旋CT(MSCT)征象特点及其筛查价值。方法选择我院2016年7月至2018年7月收治的173例孤立性肺结节患者纳入本研究,所有患者均接受MSCT检查,观察患者MSCT征象特点,分析MSCT对孤立性肺结节的鉴别诊断效果。结果良性结节平均直径短于恶性结节,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);良性结节边缘模糊、内部分叶征及内部毛刺征检出率均低于恶性结节,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);良性结节部分实性结节检出率低于恶性结节,实性结节检出率高于恶性结节,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);良性结节胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征、卫星灶检出率均低于恶性结节,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);MSCT对孤立性肺结节良恶性的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率均良好。结论MSCT对孤立性肺结节的诊断和鉴别有良好的临床价值,能够为临床治疗提供指导。Objective To explore screening value and MSCT sign cha racteristic in patients with solita ry pulmona ry nodules.Methods 173 cases of patients with solitary pulmonary nodules from 2016/07 to 2018/07 were included in the study.All of the patients’acceptance the MSCT inspection.The MSCT sign cha racteristic and differential diagnostic effect were observed.Results The levels of average diameter for the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05);The rate of edge blur,inner leaf sign,and burr sign for the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The rate of partial solid nodules for the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The rate of solid nodules for the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);It had good sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant solita ry pulmona ry nodules.Conclusion It has a prominent effect in diagnosing and distinguish on solitary pulmonary nodules.It can guide clinical treatment.
