摘　　要：目的总结分析隆鼻术失败的原因及类型,探讨不同修复方法。方法回顾性分析2015年9月-2020年10月天津市职业病防治院耳鼻喉科及天津医科大学第二医院整形与医疗美容科于门诊行隆鼻术者423 例的临床资料。总结隆鼻术失败的类型,记录隆鼻术失败后二次手术修复方案及效果。结果 423 例隆鼻术者术后发生并发症84例,发生率为19.85%,其中假体歪斜8.74%,术后外观不良6.61%,感染和假体外露2.36%,术后血肿及肿胀时间过长0.92%,瘢痕明显0.77%,软骨变形0.47%。所有病例全部再次手术,给予假体取出或调整,清除血肿、瘢痕切除等处理,即时及术后3个月效果评价均满意。结论假体歪斜和术后改外观不良是常见并发症,也是二次手术的常见原因,应加强此类并发症的防治及二次修复手术方案的标准化。Objective To summarize and analyze the causes and types of rhinoplasty and explore different repair methods.Methods Total of 423 cases of augmentation rhinoplasty in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and the Department of plastic surgery and medical cosmetology,the second hospital of Tianjin Medical University were retrospectively analyzed,from September 2015-October 2020.To summarize and analyze the causes and types of failure rhinoplasty,explore second repair methods.Results 84 complications of All 423 cases were happened,all of them were repaired again.The incidence rate was 19.85%,such as,prosthesis deflection 8.74%,not satisfactory in appearance 6.61%,infection and prosthesis exposure 2.36%,hematoma and overtime swelling 0.92%,obvious scar 0.77%,cartilage deformation0.47%.all the cases were operated again.The evaluation of immediate and 3 months after operation was satisfactory or basically satisfactory.Conclusion Prosthesis deflection and not satisfactory in appearance were often happed.they were the common reasons of secondary operation.Therefore,we should strengthen the prevention and treatment of complications,and the standardization of the secondary operation.
