基于解剖基础下鼻唇沟凹陷畸形综合治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的鼻唇沟处解剖结构复杂,根据引起鼻唇沟老化解剖基础的不同,提出更完善的鼻唇沟综合治疗方案。方法选择轻中重不同程度鼻唇沟凹陷畸形的求美者,根据鼻唇沟骨性凹陷基础、真皮折痕深度、肌肉运动表现的不同,设计不同的鼻唇沟凹陷畸形治疗方案,评估注射后鼻唇沟凹陷畸形改善程度及顾客满意度。结果不同程度鼻唇沟凹陷畸形及肌肉运动程度不同对于鼻唇沟凹陷畸形的表现影响不同,治疗方案的制定与鼻唇沟凹陷畸形处的解剖相关性极高,维持时间和注射材料选择与解剖结构相关性也高,综合治疗方案对于顾客鼻唇沟凹陷畸形的改善程度明显,顾客满意度高。结论综合治疗方案的制定是基于鼻唇沟处解剖结构基础及其运动过程中的形态差异进行综合改善,不只是单纯的鼻唇沟凹陷填充,此综合方案可明显改善鼻唇沟凹陷畸形,明显延长治疗后维持时间,并可避免出现运动过程中的不自然状态出现,顾客满意度高,是改善鼻唇沟凹陷畸形的一种安全长效的手段。Objective The anatomic structure of nasolabial grooves depression is complex.According to the different grading anatomic basis of nasolabial grooves,we need to propose a more perfect comprehensive treatment scheme of nasolabial grooves depression;Method According to the differences bone depression,the depth of dermis crease and muscle movement performance of nasolabial groove,we designed different treatment schemes for nasolabial groove depression,evaluated the improvement degree of nasolabial groove depression and customer satisfaction after injection;Results Different degrees of muscle movement have different effects on the performance of nasolabial groove depression.Designed different treatment schemes has a high correlation with the anatomy of nasolabial groove depression.The maintenance time and the choice of injection materials have a high correlation with the anatomical structure.The comprehensive treatment plan can significantly improve the nasolabial sulcus deformity of customers,with high customer satisfaction;Conclusion The formulation of comprehensive treatment plan is based on the anatomical structure of nasolabial groove and the morphological differences in the process of movement.It is not only a simple filling of nasolabial groove depression.This comprehensive plan can significantly improve the nasolabial groove depression deformity,significantly prolong the maintenance time after treatment,and avoid the occurrence of unnatural state in the process of movement.With high customer satisfaction,it is an effective and safe way to improve the nasolabial groove deformity.
