420nm强脉冲光结合水光注射治疗中重度痤疮的有效性及对GAGS评分的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 420nm强脉冲光联合水光注射治疗中重度痤疮疗效分析。方法以随机样本抽样法,在我院收治的94例中重度痤疮患者中随机分为对照组、观察组,各47例,对照组:单纯采用420nm强脉冲光治疗,观察组:应用420nm强脉冲光联合水光注射治疗,对比两组治疗有效率、血清因子水平、皮肤屏障功能及痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分、并发症的发生率。结果观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后同组血清因子水平、GAGS评分均较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组的下降程度更明显(P<0.05);观察组的皮肤屏障功能较对照组明显改善(P<0.05);且并发症(红印、色素沉着及瘢痕)的发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 420nm强脉冲光联合水光注射治疗中重度痤疮可降低皮肤炎症反应,修复皮肤屏障,减少并发症的发生,临床效果显著。Objective Efficacy of 420nm intense pulsed light combined with water light injection in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.Method Using random sampling method,94 patients were randomly divided into Control Group(N=47)and Observation Group(N=47),Control Group:420 nm intense pulsed light,observation Group:420nm intense pulsed light combined with waterlight injection was used to compare the effective rate,serum factor level,skin barrier function and GAGS score,and the incidence of complications.Result The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the Control Group(P&Lt;0.05),and the level of serum factor and the score of GAGS in the same group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P&Lt;0.05),and the degree of decline was more obvious in the Observation Group(P&Lt;0.05).The skin barrier function of the observation group was significantly improved than that of the Control Group(P&Lt;0.05).The incidence of complications(red mark,pigmentation and scar)was significantly lower than that of Control Group(P&Lt;0.05).Conclusion The combination of 420nm intense pulsed light and water-light injection is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.It can reduce inflammation,repair skin barrier and reduce complications.
