双波长脉冲染料激光联合绽妍透明质酸保湿乳治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析对玫瑰痤疮患者采用双波长脉冲染料激光联合绽妍透明质酸保湿乳治疗的临床效果。方法选择2018年3月至2020年9月收治的50例玫瑰痤疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(25例,采用双波长脉冲染料激光联合绽妍透明质酸保湿乳治疗)和对照组(25例,采用绽妍透明质酸保湿乳治疗)。治疗前后分别对两组患者临床症状进行积分、比较,同时记录治疗过程中的不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗后各项临床症状积分更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组比对照组治疗总有效率更高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者不良发应总发生率无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论双波长脉冲染料激光联合绽妍透明质酸保湿乳治疗,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Dual wavelength pulsed dye laser combined with Huayan hyaluronic acid moisturizing cream in treatment of rosacea.Methods There were 50 cases of patients with rosacea in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into the observation group(25 cases,treated by the Dual wavelength pulsed dye laser combined with Huayan hyaluronic acid moisturizing cream)and the control group(the other 25 cases received the therapy of only Fraxinus hyaluronic acid moisturizing milk).Then,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were scored before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Results The scores of clinical symptoms after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of diagnosis and treatment was significantly higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Dual wavelength pulsed dye laser combined with Fuyan hyaluronic acid moisturizing cream can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with acne rosacea,thus it is worth promoting in the clinical.
