摘 要:未来战争是核生化威胁下的一体化联合作战。防化部队通过感知核生化事件并消除危害后果,为核生化环境下作战行动提供保障。为定量评估防化作战保障行动中各个要素对保障效能的影响,基于模拟仿真平台,构建了作战想定、典型作战实体模型和评估模型,并根据关键影响因素进行仿真实验设计。试验结果表明,侦察速度与洗消速度是提高保障能力最重要的因素;快速可靠的通信能力也是重要因素;作战单元要采用合适的防护等级,避免过度防护;优化指挥关系、缩短信息链路也是提高保障能力的关键。The future war is an integrated joint operation under the NBC threat.After the occurrence of NBC incidents,it is necessary to perceive and eliminate the harmful consequences and to provide supports to combat in NBC enviroment.In order to quantitatively evaluate the impact of each element on the suffort effiviency in chemical defense combat support activities,based on the simulation platform,the operational scenarios the combat entity models and evaluation models are constructed,and the simulation experiment is designed according to the key influential factors.The simulation experiment shows that reconnaissance and decontamination speed are the most important factors to improve suffort capability,and fast and reliable communication capability is also an importantfactor.Combat units should adopt appropriate protection level to avoid over protection,and optimizing command relationship and shortening information link are also the key to improve support capability.
