摘  要:该文通过分析笔者所在医院后勤管理范畴内,各工作岗位性质及专业技术等级划分,从大型医院后勤综合技术班组建设、多院区后勤管理方面考虑,对后勤技术岗位人才专业素养培养提出了自己的观点。并结合其提出的适用于医院后勤技术相关岗位的绩效积分薪酬分配管理方案,从基本绩效、工龄绩效、岗位绩效、职称绩效、月度考核绩效、年度考核绩效、团队建设情况7个维度指导后勤技术人才职业发展方向。In this paper,the author analyzes the nature of each post and the classification of professional technology in the field of logistics management in his hospital,and puts forward his own views on the cultivation of professional quality of logistics technical post talents from the perspective of the construction of logistics comprehensive technical team in large hospitals and the logistics management in multi hospital areas.And combined with the performance score salary distribution management scheme which is suitable for the post related to hospital logistics technology,it guides the career development direction of logistics technical talents from seven dimensions:basic performance,length of service performance,post performance,professional title performance,monthly assessment performance,annual assessment performance and team building.
