摘　　要：对于医院图书馆建设来说,数字图书馆是其最高级形态,且已成为未来图书馆的主要建设和发展方向。在云时代,云思维被广泛应用于各个领域中,推动着各行业领域创新,在这一时代背景下,数字图书馆建设显得尤为重要。学科馆员最早起源于美国,于20世纪70年代末期就已出现,通常情况下,图书馆的学科馆员均由具备一定学科背景的人员担任,但是在云时代背景下,图书馆将参与信息收集、传递的全过程中,这就促使学科馆员的传统职责发生了转变。医院图书馆提供学科馆员信息服务是其发展的必然趋势,同时也是图书馆人才培养的需要。该文基于云时代特征、背景,围绕医院数字图书馆对学科馆员的信息服务建设现状,探寻优化信息服务模式,以提高医院数字图书馆的服务水平。For the construction of hospital library,digital library is its highest form and has become the main construction and development direction of the future library.In the era of cloud,cloud thinking is widely used in various fields and promotes innovation in various industries.In this era,the construction of digital library is particularly important.Subject librarians first appeared in the United States in the late 1970s.They are usually held by librarians with a certain subject background.However,under the background of cloud era,libraries will participate in the whole process of information collection and transmission,which promotes the transformation of the traditional responsibilities of subject librarians.It is an inevitable trend for hospital library to provide subject librarian information service and it is also the need of library personnel training.Based on the characteristics and background of the cloud era,this paper,centering on the current situation of information service construction of subject librarians in hospital digital library,explores the optimization of information service mode to improve the service level of hospital digital library.
