摘　　要：高职院校图书馆经过文献存储与借阅、信息资源建设、文献传递各个发展阶段后,信息与知识服务不断地向高层次发展,该文从正在进行的高职院校国际化入手,分析高职院校图书馆如何面向外籍读者服务而重构图书馆服务体系。研究来自不同语言和文化背景的外籍读者的服务特点,对高职院校图书馆服务机理进行分析,使外籍读者能够便利地获取国际性的学习资源。从读者服务的各个因素进行分析,增强外籍读者服务能力提升的动力,构建以外籍学生为本的服务理念和服务体系,揭示馆员与外籍读者服务的实践路径。After various development stages of document storage and borrowing,information resource construction,and document delivery,the library of higher vocational colleges has continuously developed information and knowledge services to a higher level.This article starts with the ongoing internationalization of higher vocational colleges and analyzes how does the vocational college library restructure the library service system to serve foreign readers.Research on the service characteristics of foreign readers from different languages and cultural backgrounds,and analyze the service mechanism of higher vocational college libraries,so that foreign readers can easily obtain international learning resources.Analyze the various factors of reader service,strengthen the motivation to improve the service ability of foreign readers,build a service concept and service system based on foreign students,and reveal the practical path of service for librarians and foreign readers.
