摘　　要："互联网+"不仅仅是技术上的"+",也是思维、理念、模式上的"+",互联网+图书馆,就是用互联网思维思考图书馆服务功能的转变。分析"互联网+"环境下图书馆需求、资源、技术、服务、人力等发展要素的变化,针对变化和需求,提出实体场所实施主馆+分馆模式、资源建设实施资源馆藏+信息中介模式、服务方式上实施空间再造+业务推广、人力资源上实现馆员+人工智能相结合等高校图书馆创新服务模式。Internet plus is not only technical plus,it's also thinking plus,idea plus and mode plus.Internet+library will find the change of the library based on the internet view,analyzing the change of the requirement,the resources,the technology,the service and the manpower development elements under the Internet plus situation,aiming at the change,put forward the university library innovative service mode.The entity place implements the main hall and branch hall mode,the resource construction implements the resource collection information and intermediary mode,the service mode implements space reengineering and business promotion.The artificial intelligence of librarians should be combined in human resources.
