摘  要:在新媒体迅速被读者接受和使用的情况下,面对复杂的读者群体,以如何做好多媒体电子阅览室的管理与服务为课题,概括了多媒体阅览室的内涵、服务项目和免费服务带来的问题,并提出要以读者服务满意度为工作业绩考核的标准,提升管理者的政治觉悟和思想站位为工作依托,夯实管理者的服务意识和管理方法为工作方式,提升读者服务工作水平的解决办法。In the case of new media being quickly accepted and used by readers,how to do well in the management and service of multimedia electronic reading room in the face of complex readers is the subject.The connotation,service items and free service of multimedia reading room are summarized.It is suggested that the reader's service satisfaction should be taken as the standard of job performance appraisal.The political consciousness and ideological position of the manager should be promoted as the work support and the service consciousness and management method of the manager should be tamped up as the working mode as solutions to improve the work level of reader service.
