大数据背景下自媒体时代高校突发事件网络舆情研判与应对

摘　　要：自媒体时代,信息通过网络传播迅速。高校突发事件网络舆情的及时发现和引导处置意义重大,能及时有效避免形成负面影响。大数据背景下,以大学生的上网行为海量数据为基础,应用上网行为审计系统、行为感知系统等大数据分析平台和技术,基于上网行为数据对高校突发事件网络舆情进行大数据分析,以期做到高校突发事件网络舆情的“事前发现,提前预警,事中防范、及时应对、事后溯源”。给出高校网络舆情研判与应对技术路线图、高校突发事件网络舆情研判与应对信息化模型框架、高校突发事件网络舆情的研判体系建设、高校突发事件网络舆情应对机制策略,探索运用互联网技术和信息化手段对高校突发事件网络舆情研判和预警,相关结果反馈给网络舆情领导小组成员单位,以提早处置应对。充分利用新一代信息技术辅助提升高校突发事件网络舆情研判与应对时效和思政工作信息化水平。In the era of We Media,information spreads rapidly through the Internet.It is of great significance to discover and guide the network public opinion of university emergencies in time,which can avoid the negative impact in time and effectively.Under the background of big data,based on the massive data of college students’online behavior,using big data analysis platforms and technologies such as online behavior audit system and behavior perception system,and based on online behavior data,the big data analysis of college emergency network public opinion is carried out in order to achieve the“prior discovery,early warning,in-process prevention,timely response tracing the source after the event”.This paper gives the technical roadmap of network public opinion research and response in colleges and universities,the framework of network public opinion research and response information model in colleges and universities,the construction of network public opinion research and response system in colleges and universities,the strategies of network public opinion response mechanism in colleges and universities,explores the application of Internet technology and information technology to research,judge and early warning of network public opinion in colleges and universities,and feeds back relevant results to member units of the leading group of online public opinion,so as to deal with them in advance.We should make full use of the new generation of information technology to help improve the efficiency of public opinion research and response and the informatization level of ideological and political work.The author’s research work has reference significance for similar universities in China.
