摘 要:市场环境的动态多变性使得集群式供应链的运作面临诸多不确定性,集群供应链上的行为主体仅与单一的供应商协作难以应对。文章研究产业集群中多源采购策略下由有限产能的核心制造企业及其私有供应商、独立供应商群组成的集群式供应链系统的优化配置问题,建立了考虑产业集群中行为主体安全库存设置的集群供应链优化配置模型,并采用启发式遗传算法对模型进行求解;针对市场动态需求和优先分配因子的变化给优化配置结果带来的影响进行了一系列敏感性分析,得出了一些重要的管理学启示。The operation of the cluster supply chains are faced with many uncertainties due to the dynamic variability of the market environment,which makes it difficult for participants with only a single supplier in the cluster supply chains to deal with.This paper studies the optimal configuration problems of cluster supply chains system composed of a core manufacturing enterprise and its private supplier,and independent suppliers,which are with capacity constraints,under multiple sourcing strategy in an industrial cluster.A cluster supply chains optimal configuration model is established considering optimizing safety stocks of participants in the industrial cluster.Heuristic genetic algorithm based is developed to solve the model.A series of sensitivity analyses are conducted to explore the influence of the change of market dynamic demand and the priority distribution factor on the optimal configuration results,and some important management implications are drawn.
