摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病患者和感染者抗逆力现状并探讨其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选取2018年6月至l2月在在安岳县人民医院进行抗病毒治疗的艾滋病患者和感染者,采用一般资料调查表、抗逆力量表简表(10 items Connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC-10)对该人群进行调查。结果艾滋病患者和感染者抗逆力得分(23.84±8.29)分;年龄、户籍地、文化程度、月收入、是否告知伴侣、HIV知识知晓、感染途径及近三月是否有性行为等因素对被调查者抗逆力总均分的影响差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);回归分析发现性别、年龄、确诊时间长短、社会支持得分高低是抗逆力的影响因素。结论艾滋病患者总均分处于中上水平,男性、年龄更大、确诊时间超过2年、社会支持得分高的艾滋病患者和感染者抗逆力总均分可能更高。Objective To understand the current situation of resilience of AIDS patients and infected persons and explore its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select HIV-infected patients who had undergone antiretroviral treatment in our hospital from June to February 2018.General information questionnaires and resilience scales(10 items Connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC-10)were used to conduct the survey on this population.Results The average score of the resilience of AIDS patients and infected persons was(23.84±8.29)points.Factors such as age,household registration,education level,monthly income,whether to inform your partner,HIV knowledge,route of infection and whether they had sex in the past three months and other factors had statistically significant effects on the score of resilience(all P<0.05).Regression analysis found that gender,age,length of diagnosis and social support scores were the influencing factors of resistance.Conclusion The total average score of AIDS patients is in the upper-middle level.The average score of resilience of AIDS patients who are male,older,diagnosed for more than 2 years and high social support scores may be higher.
