溯源性心理疏导对血液透析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨溯源性心理疏导对手术切除甲状旁腺治疗血液透析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(血液透析继发性甲旁亢)患者预后的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年10月我院收治的80例血液透析继发性甲旁腺亢患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用溯源性心理疏导,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者疾病相关知识掌握率、生活质量各维度评分以及护理依从率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论溯源性心理疏导能够有效提高血液透析继发性甲旁亢患者的心理状态、疾病认知水平以及生活质量,可在临床中推广。Objective To investigate the effect of traceable psychological counseling on the prognosis of hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism treated by parathyroidectomy.Methods Eighty hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2019 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given traceable psychological counseling on the basis of routine nursing.The differences of nursing effect between the two groups were compared.Results The mastery rate of disease-related knowledge,scores of life quality and nursing compliance rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traceable psychological counseling can effectively improve the psychological status,disease awareness and life quality of the hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.It may be promoted in clinical practice.
