摘　　要：当前,冠状动脉介入治疗已成为冠心病最主要的治疗手段,冠状动脉介入治疗器械的研发也与时俱进。我国冠状动脉介入治疗起步较晚,介入治疗器械研发创新整体实力偏弱,但近年来也涌现了一批我国自主研发的介入治疗器械产品,包括药物洗脱球囊、药物洗脱支架、可降解冠状动脉支架、冠状动脉腔内影像学设备等。本文回顾了我国冠心病介入治疗器械研究和应用现状,重点介绍了药物球囊导管、可降解冠状动脉支架、腔内影像和功能学以及创新型介入治疗设备四个方面,展示了我国冠状动脉介入治疗器械研发从无到有、从模仿到创新、从引进到超越的发展历程。In recent years,interventional therapy has become the most prevailing treatment for coronary heart disease(CHD),and the development of coronary interventional therapy devices is also advancing with the times.The history of interventional therapy for CHD in China is short,and the ability of innovation of interventional device is weak.However,a number of interventional devices independently developed by domestic companies have emerged,including drug eluting balloons,drug eluting stents,and degradable coronary stents,coronary intraluminal imaging equipment.This paper reviews the research and application status of coronary interventional therapy devices in China.We focus on four aspects including drug balloon catheters,biodegradable coronary stents,intraluminal imaging,and innovative interventional therapy equipment.We demonstrate the development process of interventional devices which experiences from zero to one,from imitation to innovation,from introduction to transcendence.
