摘 要:中国经皮冠状动脉介入治疗飞速发展,总量已居世界第一。随着介入数量的攀升,如何提升其质量成为了进一步改善患者预后的关键所在。腔内影像学作为一种有效的血管内检测手段,具有动态实时成像等优点,在识别罪犯病变及病理类型方面具有独特优势。根据病变特点采取有效的干预措施,对于减少不良心血管事件的发生具有重要的意义。随着冠状动脉介入治疗精准优化理念的推广,腔内影像学作为手术介入医生的“第三只眼睛”,其在冠心病机制探讨、介入诊疗策略选择、治疗手段优化等方面大有裨益。The number of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in China increased rapidly these years,and ranks number one around the world.With the increasing number of PCI procedures,how to optimize the results is the essential to improve the prognosis of patients treated with PCI.As an effective technology of intravascular detection,intravascular imaging has the advantage of real-time imaging,and has unique advantage in identifying the site of culprit lesions and their pathological lesion characteristics.Therefore,it is of great significance to treat the patients according to the underlying lesion characteristics to reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.With the concept of precision optimization of PCI adopted increasingly,intravascular imaging,as"the third eye"of interventional cardiologists,is beneficial in the identification of the mechanism of coronary heart disease,the selection of interventional strategies for the diagnosis and treatment as well as the optimization of treatment.
