摘　　要：目的分析新斯的明辅助Kegal法联合电刺激对产后盆底功能障碍致尿潴留患者疗效及性功能的影响。方法选取2015年7月至2018年7月于石家庄市第四医院就诊的120例产后盆底功能障碍致尿潴留患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者接受Kegal法盆底肌功能训练,试验组患者接受新斯的明辅助Kegal法联合电刺激。比较两组患者治疗前后尿动力学指标、盆底肌肉收缩力变化,以及治疗效果和对性功能的影响。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者最大逼尿肌收缩压和残余尿量均显著低于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),试验组患者上述指标均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者盆底肌平均电压和盆底肌最大电压均显著高于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),试验组患者上述指标均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组患者性功能各项评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论新斯的明辅助Kegal法联合电刺激对产后盆底功能障碍致尿潴留患者疗效显著,且可明显改善患者性功能,提高患者性生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of neostigmine-assisted Kegal method combined with electrical stimulation on the efficacy and sexual function of patients with urinary retention caused by postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Method A total of 120 patients with urinary retention caused by postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in the Fourth Hospital of Shijiazhuang from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in control group received Kegal method pelvic floor muscle function training;patients in experimental group received neostigmine-assisted Kegal method combined with electrical stimulation.The changes of urodynamic indexes,pelvic floor muscle contractility before and after treatment,therapeutic efficacy and sexual function were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum detrusor systolic blood pressure and residual urine volume in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in this group(all P<0.05),and the above indexes in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the average voltage and maximum voltage of pelvic floor muscle in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the above indexes in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group(all P<0.05).The scores of sexual function in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The neostigmine-assisted Kegal method combined with electrical stimulation has a significant effect on patients with urinary retention caused by postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,and can significantly improves the sexual function of patients,and improves the quality of sexual life of patients.
