摘　　要：介绍了一种煤矿井下辅助运输设备防爆柴油机无轨胶轮运输车柴油箱的设计方案、结构特点及设计要点,提供了柴油箱容积的计算方法和柴油箱附件参数确定方法及选型原则,其在某型防爆车辆上得到布局和应用,并在某煤矿进行了工业性试验,结果表明其符合煤矿防爆使用的柴油箱设计要求,可为同类防爆车辆柴油箱的设计提供参考。The design scheme,structural features and design points of the diesel tank of an explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber tyred transport vehicle for underground auxiliary transport equipment in coal mine were introduced.The calculation method of the volume of the diesel tank and the determination method and selection principle of the diesel tank accessories were provided.The layout and application of the diesel tank in a certain type of explosion-proof vehicle were carried out,and the industrial test was carried out in a domestic coal mine,and the results showed that the diesel tank could meet the requirements of coal,the design requirements of diesel tank used in mine explosion-proof could provide reference for the design of similar explosion-proof vehicle diesel tank.
