摘 要:为解决屯兰选煤厂自动配煤系统对配煤过程时变、非线性运输状况适应性差的问题,设计基于线性优化算法与配煤系统闭环控制相结合的自动控制系统。以原料煤配煤参数为约束条件,以混合煤总价成本最小为目标函数,建立配煤系统数学模型,利用Matlab求解最优解。设计自动配煤PLC控制系统,根据最优解驱动配煤系统自动运行。根据传感器反馈值对最优解进行优化,实时适应并满足配煤过程的时变、非线性特点。经过试运行,混合煤各参数值提升明显,经济效益较好。In order to solve the problem of poor adaptability of the automatic coal blending system in Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant to time-varying and nonlinear transportation conditions,an automatic control system based on the combination of linear optimization algorithm and coal blending system closed-loop control was designed.The mathematical model of coal blending system was established by taking raw coal blending parameters as constraint conditions and minimum total price cost of mixed coal as objective function,and the optimal solution was solved by Matlab.The PLC control system of automatic coal blending was designed to drive the coal blending system to run automatically according to the optimal solution.According to the feedback value of the sensor,the optimal solution was optimized to meet the time-varying and nonlinear characteristics of coal blending process in real time.After the trial operation,the parameter values of mixed coal were obviously improved,and the economic benefits were good.
